Thank you for choosing Televinter Services to make your special moments even sweeter! Our priority is to provide premium-quality desserts, gelatin treats, and popsicles made with 100% natural fruit. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure an excellent experience and maintain the highest quality of our products.
1. Purchase Terms & Our Products
1.1. Handcrafted Products
All of our desserts are handmade using fresh ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives. Due to their handcrafted nature:
- Appearance & Decoration: Colors, designs, and final decorations may vary slightly from the photos shown in our catalog. Every dessert is a unique creation made especially for you!
- Ingredient Availability: We use fresh seasonal fruits. If a specific ingredient does not meet our quality standards or is unavailable due to seasonal changes, we will contact you to offer the best possible alternative.
1.2. Food Allergies
Our products are prepared in a traditional family kitchen where nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens may be present. If you or any of your guests have a severe food allergy, it is your responsibility to notify us before placing your order. We cannot guarantee a completely cross-contamination-free environment.
1.3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Full payment is required at the time your order is confirmed, whether for standard catalog items or special event reservations, through our secure online payment system or at our store location. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed and fully paid orders will always be honored at the agreed price.
2. Delivery & Pickup Policy
Because our products are refrigerated and highly perishable (including frozen treats, popsicles, and gelatin desserts), we do not offer nationwide shipping or traditional parcel delivery. We exclusively provide local service within Dinuba, California, and selected surrounding areas.
2.1. Local Delivery
- Receiving Your Order: Someone must be available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window to receive the order and refrigerate it immediately.
- Failed Deliveries: If our driver arrives and no one is available after reasonable attempts to contact you, the order will be returned to our store for food safety reasons. You will be responsible for picking it up in person. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer absence.
2.2. In-Store Pickup
If you choose in-store pickup, we will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email when your order is ready. It is your responsibility to transport the desserts properly. Air-conditioned vehicles are recommended. Once the order leaves our store, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper transportation or lack of refrigeration.
3. Changes, Cancellations & Returns
⚠️ General Policy: For health, safety, hygiene, and the perishable nature of our food products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered or picked up.
3.1. Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, change the delivery date, or modify flavors or designs, the following policy applies:
- 48 Hours or More Notice: If you contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery, we will provide a full refund or make the requested changes at no additional charge.
- Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations, refunds, and major modifications cannot be accepted. By this time, our pastry chefs have already purchased fresh ingredients, begun preparation, and reserved production time specifically for your order.
3.2. Problems With Your Order (Quality Claims)
Our commitment is to ensure you receive the highest quality product. If we made an error with your order (such as the wrong flavor or a design significantly different from what was agreed upon), or if the product does not meet our quality standards:
- Please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- Send us clear photographs of the issue by email or WhatsApp.
- Please do not discard the product until you have spoken with our team.
If we determine that the issue was our responsibility, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it by offering a prompt replacement, store credit for a future purchase, or a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
